Bulviz Ltd was founded on a simple conviction: that the best residential refurbishments happen when architecture, structural engineering, and interior design are united under a single, accountable team.
Too many projects fail or fall short because the design team and the build team are separate entities with separate interests. We eliminated that gap. At Bulviz, the people who design your home are the same people who build it.
Our Story
A Different Kind of Contractor
Bulviz Ltd grew out of frustration with the fragmented nature of the London construction industry. Our founders, builders by background, had seen too many exceptional designs compromised in execution, and too many clients left managing disputes between contractors who should have been working as one.
We built Bulviz to be different. By bringing every discipline in-house, from RIBA-registered architects and structural engineers to specialist tradespeople and interior designers, we created a company where quality is a shared responsibility, not a contractual argument.
Today, we work exclusively on high-end residential projects across London: period property restorations, lateral conversions, basement excavations, new builds, and full gut refurbishments. Every project is led by a senior member of our team, with a single point of contact from first survey to final handover.
Our clients are discerning. They have invested significantly in their properties and expect a partner who matches that investment with expertise, transparency, and an uncompromising standard of finish. That is what Bulviz delivers.
